Quantum Leap, Incorporated [QLI] provides residential and support services to adults with intellectual disabilities. QLI strives to provide these services by offering individuals choices and preferences to foster autonomy. QLI aims to offer guidance and encouragement that will ultimately gear individuals toward relative levels of independence.
