The PCIS2 System is the latest version of DDA's Management Information System. It is an Internet enabled, database application, that is accessed by our providers regional offices, headquarters staff, and other authorized users. The system tracks licensed statewide information on the following areas: Provider Demographics, Consumer Demographics, Rates, Contracts, Payments, Community Services Budget, Amount Spent on Individual consumers, Waiting List, Federal Fund Participation

This system began development on September 1, 1999, and was launched on July, 2001.
