Discuss How Your Agency Has Utilized The "Ask Me!" Survey Results.

After completing the survey Hebron Association began thinking of ways to increase the measurement of consumer satisfaction. Recently, Hebron Association has revamped its Consumer Satisfaction Survey to better identify areas where support delivery required more attention to heighten satisfaction. Hebron Association's Residential Management Team and staff meet weekly to discuss survey results and any issues related to quality of life.
