To teach skills and access resources that empower individuals with mental health needs to live satisfying and productive lives. Croosroads promotes acceptance through advocacy and community education.

Primarily a mental health provider serving a limited number of individuals dually diagnosed with mental illness and mild retardation.

Licensed under the Department of Health and mental Hygiene's Mental Health Administration as a Psychiatric and Residential Rehabilitation Provider.

Quality Assurance practices include Consumer Satisfaction Surveys, Risk Management reviews, continuous Program evaluation, staff credentialing and privileging policies, assessment of goal achievement.

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of Their Community?

Crossroads actively teaches skills through its day and residential programs and through one-on-one assistance in the communities, through the media, and through involvement in the Mid-Shore Anti-Stigma Campaign.

Steps Individuals Must Take To Apply For Services

Individuals must meet the medical necessity criteria set by the Mental Health Administration, then complete Crossroads Community's Referral document.
