Discuss How Your Agency Has Utilized The "Ask Me!" Survey Results.

Because many survey questions were structured in such a way as to give misleading results (For example: Many of its clientele or their caregivers would answer a question such as, "Can you use the phone when you want to?" with a "NO", it would be because because they are cognitively unable to do so.), we found it very hard to utilize the results. Instead it responded to the survey with suggestions to allow for answers to be explianed or the questions asked in a more definitive manner.

The "Ask Me!" Survey Results is available for the general public.

Describe your quality assurance practices, including any agency accreditations.

Chesapeake Care Resources has devised a Quality Assurance Plan specific to its programs and clientele. This plan is on file with the Developmental Disabilities Administration and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of Their Community?

Chesapeake Care Resources believes the service delivery system is driven by individual choice and strives to provide services reflecting this philosophy.
