The mission is to provide individuals with developmental disabilities high quality services, support, compassionate care and encouraging them in making choices while gaining skills that will enable them to participate as fully as they choose in all aspects of life in the community.
Artemis Mission is based on the belief that all individuals no matter what their disability is should be treated equally. For this reason, it provides maximum opportunities to actively participate in all aspects of community life.

Artemis Mission is committed to providing the highest possible quality of services and supports to people with developmental disabilities. To this end, Artemis Mission has established a quality assurance program incorporating te following principles:
The Quality Assurance System consists of four primary components: Human Rights; Behavioral Management; Incident/Investigations and Quality Assurance.
Artemis Mission's individuals will be involved in community service projects/volunteering in their communities. Individuals also participate in community-based programs and activities according to their personal interests.
