The Arc of Washington County has extensive practices and procedures in place to constantly monitor performance enhancement. The various departments have numerous outcomes that have been developed with input form all stakeholders.

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of Their Community?

People with developmental disabilities become active members of their community by living in homes and apartments of their choice, working in jobs with local businesses, voting, volunteering, being members of community groups/organizations and participating in local events.
