As A result of The Arc, MC's participation in the "Ask Me!" Project, staff began to think about ways the agency can increase and improve its information-gathering from program participants and other stakeholders whom the agency supports. In the past two years, the agency has revised its Residential and Vocational Satisfaction Surveys to improve the quality of input The Arc, MC is able to glean through these surveys.
